I focus on providing financial management, responsible for statutory audit and statutory compliances including accounting best practices as per Generally Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP). Handling Portfolio Investment reporting, fund-based accounting, Financial Modelling, Financial due diligence. I have prepared accounting framework designed as per the guidelines set up by NITI Aayog, Govt of India and Startup India Seed Fund Scheme, Ministry of Commerce and Industry.

 

Born, brought up in New Delhi, India, My role connects finance with climate action, whether investing in clean energy or reducing carbon emissions and I use financial strategies to make a positive impact on the environment. My work demonstrates that finance can be a powerful tool in the fight against climate change.

 

I enjoy my work conducting field visit for financial due diligence, financials analysing and reporting. I have worked with Portfolio Startups working for Climate Change for setting up their financial reporting, accounting restricting and policies formulisation related to Internal Audit and Control.

 

Previously I’ve worked with Grewal and Singh, Chartered Accountants as an Audit Assistant, Audit Manager for 3.5 years and have done statutory audit, internal audit, revenue audit, stock audit, bank audit etc.

 

Rahul is at the last leg of CA Final, has finished CA IPCC – Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, complimented by a B.Com (Honours) from University of Delhi.
